Are you a coach, therapist or councillor looking at setting yourself up in private practice? Not sure where to start? Setting up a practice can be an intimidating task. This workshop will help you explore how to set targets for yourself, create a practical and compelling plan and take those first brave steps.
Over the day, we will look at a range of practical and personal topics around setting up your practice. We will look at common questions such as how to handle data, finance and advertising right through to establishing your professional identity and overcoming any personal/emotional blocks in the way.

Sasha van Deurzen-Smith is an existential coach and academic registrar at the New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling where she is also the course leader of the MA in Existential Coaching and deputy course leader for the MA in Existential and Humanistic Pastoral Care and MSc in Autism and Related Neurodevelopmental Conditions. Sasha has an MA in Existential Coaching and specialises in working with creativity, self-esteem and adults with an Autism Spectrum Disorder.
